So I did a little digging and I'm not finding anything for certain. Can someone tell me if they have been released yet? And if not whens the next projected date as last I heard it was late January.

No as of right now they have not been released. I, personally, do not know when they will be out. Rockstar has been delaying them for months.

Not sure if this is reliable but my friend found out that Rockstar took down the servers awhile ago to run heists and see if they could run or not. And they recently had double rp weekend to see if the servers could handle all the activity. I am probably wrong but it is at least some hope restored lol.

I heard that heists were guaranteed to be released before GTA 5 on PC is out, so expect it sometime before March

In the heists trailer they said "early 2015" but I doubt it as it's already the middle of February. hahaha

Rockstar said themselves that Heists will out in the coming weeks before PC is released.

Im pretty sure early 2015 could be as far up to the end of march. Just because have of a year would be 6 months so half of that is 3 months for early 2015
As to the OP : I would say they will be released early march or when gta 5 on PC comes out.
