When I try to play exo zombies I get an error message saying "a downloadable content package was removed or all profiles are signed out" I have the havoc dlc and my account is signed in, also the multiplayer maps work fine, can some one please help

Alotnof ppl have been experiencing this issue. Sledgehammer is trying to fix the issue. Some ppl have reported ways to bypass the bug but soon they should have a solution as a patch.
