yea i`m pretty disappointed. I have around 15 thousand people living close to me and everyone must use the same ISP because its the only one. They are allowed to rip us off. I`m paying $60 a month for 12 down and 2 up, but i`m only getting 5down (6 on a good day) and 0.5 up. There are law suits going on, but they are winning. Windstream is the worst ISP.

I pay 40 and get 2.5-3 Mbit down and 0.7 up. I live in Hull, UK and the ISP is Karoo. They are the worst.

Never herd of them myself, you could search around for other alts even a 4G contract would be better than that.

Or he could search around to see if he could get satellite broadband such as 6G internet

Cox, Comcast, Bright House, and Verizon.

Get Comcast if you can.
