I finished everything, Im just not understanding how to flash the new updflash.bin onto my console.

Take yout updflash.bin and put it on a USB stick. Not in any folders. And plug it in, and boot into xell. (Press eject CD)
It'll read your update, and flash your nand. After it says its finished, reboot.
