Why is it every time I recieve one of these 45:00 minutes rapid of supply's in a Supply package I never actually get a Supply within those 45 minutes? Am I missing something or getting it wrong!

Let me know guys what you think thanks

Well... If you want my opinion. The Entire Game Is Broken! Spawns, Gun Balancing, Supply Drops, Rapid Supply, Lag Compensation, Error Codes, the entire thing... I have never gotten a supply drop with rapid supply either.

4 Months into the game and I still have no idea what Rapid Supply does. I've had it multiple times in my 11 prestiges so far and I'm still yet to get a Supply Drop during it...
