Hi, I'm looking for someone who can recommend a build for me

I'm looking for a budget build about 500 GBP. I don't need an OS etc. I'm mainly needing a build to play World of Warcraft. I'm not even looking to play High-ultra. As long as it's smooth during raids etc on medium I don't mind.

These are the specs for WoW: Warlords of Draenor
