So what happened was I invited a friend to join my coop and he was in be a zombie mode or something and then I realized I didn't have anything but I thought oh it must be a different rank system for Zombie Mode but when he left I noticed everything I had was completely gone and my rank was completely reset!

Has anyone else explained this issue? This is such B.S, I called them up and all they told me was there is not a expected time of fix and to hang tight -_-
