Calm down. Sometimes it takes more than half an hour for a response, we do have lives. £200 for CPU, case, HDD, RAM and GPU is extremely tight. There's also the issue of whether that 680W unit is horrible quality or not. If so, not worth it. AM3+ is a dead socket but since budget is so tight and he already has the motherboard, it's kind of essential.

GPU is almost not worth it, but motherboard doesn't have onboard graphics and CPU doesn't have an iGPU so a GPU is required, even if it is low end. You'll need to add another 4GB RAM asap, and then upgrade CPU and motherboard for better performance, as well as GPU if you wanted to do any real gaming on it. PSU will probably need upgraded asap as well as it's likely bad quality Case is meh. After that, you can focus on adding an SSD.

As long as the PSU is decent quality.
