Go to the Lady to the left as you spawn in the Tower (Next to the postmaster) you SHOULD be able to buy one off her for 50 Glimmer.

Im sure that your to late they had a thing where if you bought the season pass after a certain time then yiu wont get it im not sure when but

It was a limited time gift for pre-ordering the first DLC. I think they extended it a little bit, but the promotion is over.
