The little guy is proper going for it now Ronaldo is one Ballon D'or away from him, he's playing like he actually wants to win this years award! When he actually tries to play football at his best he is the best player the world has ever seen and is likely to ever see again

I believe he is going for nothing other for the win of the game at the time. It is far to early to be thinking about the Ballon D'or. Messi could have 3 goals today but may not score until next month. Overall its too early to call anything.

If he goes back to his old form when he won 3 Ballon d'Ors in a row then the ceremony will be much more competitive. Recently, Ronaldo has been superb and has proven that he was the best player in the world for the past 2 years.
