Whenever i plug my iPhone into my pc it recognizes it in my computer but there is no icon on itunes but it shows up on other computers it's really ticking me off

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling iTunes?

Make sure you are using an Apple certified lightning cable too just in case.

Other than that i'm not sure of what it could be.

I've reinstalled iTunes a couple of times and it's a brand new phone out of the box

Ok. This has happened to me before with a few phones and usually its menial stuff causing the problem like the USB port or the cable, the date not being right on your computer, etc.

Assuming you're on windows you can try anything listed here to see if you can get it working

I have this problem sometimes.



Go to Devices and Printers > Find your device > right click on it and troubleshoot it > wait for it to finish and it will reinstall your drivers and you should be good to go > rep me for help :trollin:

This guy has the right idea ^^^

follow his instructions and it should work just fine, This happened to my iPhone 6+ when I first got it. But with a little effort and google I was able to find the same solution as the man above.
