Ive tried to update to iOS8 3 times now and yes thats 3 new phones. Each time I do it through iTunes it literally ruins and breaks my phone and I cant restore the phone. I really need some answers because the jackasses at Apple wont tell me why their software sucks ass. It just happened again and I want to know if their are anyways I can fix it.

When the update finishes, my screen turns blue and turns off and a error message pops up in iTunes and I cant restore or update my phone.. It does the same thing and wont accept software onto the phone at all whatsoever

The phone will accept absolutely no software, the restore doesnt even get finished

will it even boot anymore? your best shot would be dfu then restore but since you don't want that. Is it just stuck at the apple with a loading bar??
