The BPL squad looks better as it consists of many high-quality players unlike the Bundesliga which only has a few high-quality players. My only suggestion would be to replace Rooney with Ramires.

Yeah similar to what DeluxeHazard was saying, I'd swap Rooney with Ramires and then I'd probably get Sturridge instead of Costa although they are both quality strikers but Sturridge has alot more pace.
