I have had a problem now for a couple of days I recently took my pc apart to clean and have noticed pins where you put the cpu in have bent and ever since this I have only plugged in the psu and motherboard to diagnose why when I click power on button you can hear it turn on for a couple seconds then shut of I can't see why it would be my ram cpu or graphics I was just wondering if anyone could back me up to be a motherboard problem

If its an Intel based system, then the pins will be on the motherboard. They can appear to be bent, but are in fact placed at an angle. If you have a photo of any damage to the CPU socket that would help determine if its actually the pin problem.

I can confirm that the pins inside the motherboard have actually bent when I look Bro a different angle they are touching different ones ect

If its a new motherboard RMA it, if its not then you've damaged it somehow and the board needs to be replaced OR you can try to bend them back but I would not suggest that unless you know what you are doing.

No idea, the amount of pins in there it would be impossible to tell how the system would respond if the wrong pin touched a contact on the CPU.
