Are you in the dashboard preview? a dashboard beta may have broken the game.

I don't know what that is, i just got an xbox on the 25th of December

Under Latest Staus on Console info it says Update Failed

You should contact support or get the console replaced at the place of purchase, it sounds like the console itself has something wrong with it.

I don't get it though, HAlo,Destiny,MAdden,NHl all run fine
