One time before I started College I went out to eat with some friends and I tipped a girl that was really pretty...
Anyway, I tipped her a 20 and my friends each put in there own 10 for her...I left my number on each side of the bill lol. A day later i got a call and she wanted to chill.

don't use a pickup line, most girls don't like that and find it silly. instead, next time you see her her have a little chat and tell her you find her pretty. if she has a good reaction and seems interested in you, ask for her number. if you are afraid of being rejected, no problem. just be friendly and leave your number on the receipt. also, the more you talk with girls the more fun it gets and it will be the easiest thing in the world!

THB that pick up line could work out, really. The way/how your going to go about saying it will play a big part.
I would sit down at a table, make eye contact with her as you walk in or when your about to order Smiling wouldn't hurt neither. If she smiles back, your pretty much golden to say your pick up line.
But just by her smiling don't mean its all set and done but it could, keep that in mind, you have a better chance if she reacts back to you in a good manner, you know what i mean.
Keep a good tone of voice, smile when she takes your order and look into her eyes(Not in a creepy way tho lol).
Don't be afraid to ask it, the worst that could happen is she says no, right?
