I was looking around and came across this tweet from Rockstar Support.

It states that the Christmas Day Inventory Gifts will have its time extended due to the fact that PSN and Live were down.

Here is some proof, just thought I would share this with you guys if you haven't seen it yet.

Snow is being added aswell was viewing the tunables just a few minutes ago snow should start when PSN and XBL are up and ready and ends 2 days later!

Basically a script thing that allows to see what the next DLC will be and ect.
