What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

If you don't provide a budget then no one will provide you with a build.

Your budget is pretty tight, especially since you require peripherals, but something like this should do the job;
[ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
You could get rid of 4GB RAM to get a better GPU and add another 4GB RAM later, if you'd prefer to do that, but what I suggested is a pretty decent little starter rig.
