Ive researched a bunch and have tried a lot to make my own or edit other people's .dll files so that way i can have a file that has: Dpad Left Enables Explosive Bullets and then the explosive bullet range changed to 300. I cant seem to find a generator that has explosive bullets anywhere on it nor accessed by the press of the dpad. Im not at all interested in anything else except for EB and EB range.

I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT IF ANYONE COULD BUILD A UNIQUE DLL FILE FOR ME:D

that tool has all you need its not a dll but equally as good

I have that tool already. Im looking for a dll, i have already found one of the best public tools there is for mw2. I have most every dll for supermans. Im just looking for help with a specific dll, one that is specific to my liking. Very simple dll tbh, just EB and EB editor.
