hey i know how to system link on all the cods except mw3 that never works for me could someone leave a link to a video on how to sytem link mw3 or am i just using the wrong patch if so leave a link to a patch download really appreciate the help

Make sure you are on the same title update on both consoles!

just like any other call of duty game, you must have the same title update (TU23) and your patch must be tu23, if both consoles are connected to the same router and have internet access then you should be able to join your RGH's game with no problem.
