The update is on xbox 360 but things like the new cars are not available yet. Does anyone know when we will get it?

Its a DLC. Therefor it must be downloaded like an update. Just isn't released on 360 yet.

Nope.
I didn't have to download any DLC for the One, all I had was an update and that was it.

I got a game update 360 i can buy a 3rd house now. But no masks, snow, guns or cars yet i think that's the 23rd
