Well here's the issue i open the public rape tool and when i do it never connects. and as for the Yoda it gives me error about xrpc.dll or something like that error. iv'e tryed multiple RPC.xex and XRPC.xex JRPCv2.xex or what ever and xbdm.xex's and to no success at all. ill post my launch ini and see if you all can see anything wrong,

Y0da should have its own JRPC.xex, if you don't use the one that comes with it, it wont work.
Same with the Public R tool, I am pretty sure you have to use a custom plugin for that one as well.
