Is there any way to get around the iCloud Activation if you don't know the email or password?

I had this same problem but I couldn't bypass it so I took it into the Apple store with my proof of purchase (receipt) and they manually bypassed it.

This is the only way to get around it if you don't know the information.

You have to be able to prove ownership of the iDevice, though.
