First, did it flash your nand fine even though it said that you have bad blocks?

Second, what exactly is the issue with going online?

i use XBLNINAJ and my Xbox is on but i dont see a Scrieen this is with Ninja and XBLSE and ohter Servers

You can just ignore the bad blocks error as there's nothing to worry about in your case.

Second, are you sure that you're using the latest version of dashlaunch and that you have the latest versions of the plugins?

Yes i use the newstet version from ninja and XBLSE but no one is working for me

Hmm, alright. Could you post a screenshot of your plugins? Or maybe just what plugins you currently have installed?
