I remember with ghosts that if you bought it you'd have to rebuy it.
So I'm pretty sure it won't move over, but then again I'm not 100% sure.

I know that if you buy Advanced warfare off the xbox store you can download it for free on xbox one if you use the same account but I am not sure about the season pass

Yes, it you buy it on 360 it will be free on xbox one. But not xbox 360 to PS4 for example. Only same console family.
