Maybe i'm just looking in all the wrong places or maybe they're not released yet, idk but, i would greatly appreciate it if anyone has any working offline files for the newest Update 17150. Thank you to any and all who know of anything as im blind when it comes to looking for Offline files.

Aimification wrote what you mean by offline ?
They are files similar to xblse without cpukey verification. The files do the patching with the hv locally, meaning it does it without connection to a server.
