First persons idea to work will get 100 rep.
I should be a pro 2/3 by now but and still stuck at rookie 1 because more than half the matches i get into it lags me out i have no connection issues in the partys or any other games. Im on Ps4 btw, PLEASE HELP ITS ANNOYING

It's most likely the place you are playing at. I play with someone who can play everything fine, but when he plays Jordan Rec he lags out. No one really knows why either. But try to connect an ethernet cable directly to your router for better internet access.

I was at rivet city i switched cause i thought that was it i went to old town, still does it. and the rec center doesnt work as well
