I't could be a bad nand flash witch would mean you would have to use jrprogrammer v2 or nand-x to write a working nand if you have the cpu key, a backup nand witch you use to downgrade it to a stable nand where it was working.

Have you tried different plugs and so you have the right power brick?

thats what im trying right now using a different power brick

Best thing to do if you have just got it today is contact the person whoever sold you the jtag for help

im also using a monitor i dont know if that has anything to do with it it is HDMI compattible

If its a rgh 2 then thats not that bad

Just wait a couple more minutes and see if it boots otherwise ask the one you bought it from.
