Do you need peripherals? Mouse keyboard Ect?

if you don't [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] will be good! Little over 500. You could change some parts in it to get it cheaper.

1x8GB stick of RAM so you can add another single 8GB stick for 16GB which will benefit you in editing/rendering/streaming. 260x will handle games on low-mid settings, the 750Ti slightly out-performs it, but for the price of a 750Ti, you'd be better with an R9 270. 4690k with a B85 chipset board is stupid waste of money on an overclockable CPU. Plus, for the extra £10 you could get the Xeon I suggested which has 8 threads, again, this will be beneficial for editing/rendering/streaming. I'd suggest upgrading the 260x to a stronger GPU when you have a little bit more money.

R9 270 is around £105. It's good for running most games on medium-high settings. An R9 280 should max out the majority of games at 1080p and that'll set you back £150 or so.

Your better of saving more for a more High end pc more dedicated to the area you require ("gaming/live streaming computer"). Otherwise you will just end up replacing quite quickly.

Streaming requires quite a good Processor to handle everything at once So just keep that in mind.

Not true, what I suggested will do fine. The Xeon E3-1230 V3 is pretty much an i7-4770 without the iGPU.

Easily. Although, if you have £200 extra, since you're not getting that other build for £700, you could swap the 260x for a GTX 970 and still have £20 spare which could go towards a modular PSU or nicer case.
