I Have Placed 1st Taking Control Of A Node For Team Deathmatch.
My Question Is, What Is The TDM20%Bonus Active In-Game Mean.
Is It A 20% xp Boost While Playing Team Deathmatch Or What.

Yes it means that you get 20% more xp for playing that game mode.
I should only use it when you hold all the nodes.
Look at hardpoint it has 40%.
It is worth all the effort.

Everyones is different it depends what you're clan plays you're's is hardpoint mine is 20% Domination for my clan atm.
