I know I already have a topic but I felt I needed to create a new one considering it's about a different matter so if it upsets anyone I apologize.

So as you know originally I had 16GB of RAM at 1600MHz
but yesterday I added another 16GB to make it a total of 32GB ram and I seem to get the Blue Screen of Death But when I remove it, It works just fine.
However I checked multiple times and it says 32GB of ram so the RAM isn't defective.

Both my ram are at 1600MHz and they're Both DDR3 and both by HyperX but the models are different.

What could be causing this? thanks.

It really is not a good thing to mix types of ram. How do you have them plugged in?

What are the model numbers? They will all default to the same speed and timings and there is an off chance that one kit cannot run at these settings.

Can you also post the BSOD code?

On another matter my CPU isn't running at full speed. I've disabled Intel SpeedStep and Instead of getting constant 4.0GHz im Getting 2.0GHz and a bit more. I've installed a newer processor yet I lost FPS instead of gaining it.

You can make it run at full speed by changing C-states, but there's no reason to. Clock speed changes with load to save power and produce less heat and does not affect performance.
