You can't if you want to change your username you have to do it on the specific server.

You cannot 'change' your username as of now, but Microsoft/Mojang is adding this feature in the future.

If you're talking about changing your Nickname on a specific server, you can use this command;

/nick <Desired Nickname>
Example: /nick Nationalism

If you're a server owner/admin and you want to change a player's nickname manually you can do this command;

/nick <Players Username You are Changing> <Desired Nickname>
Example: /nick ShoxGrr Shox
