lolwut....you can't "boost" people's rank, if they suck at the game and do terrible, regardless of the ranks of the people they're playing with, they won't go up like you think no matter if they win. Another note,

So as it says at the bottom, you're not going to have some unranked or even a Silver 1-3, jumping in with people who are like Gold Nova 2 and up, unless they're in a party of 5, and even then, are you going to risk your rank, playing against a team of around the same rank of you, while bringing in someone who hasn't even touched that tier yet?
