When i try to download my friends profile i get this: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Can anyone help me out?

If none of that works MS will need to be contacted by the account owner.

You need to go on xbox.com and sign in on there. Once they have sent the code to the email or mobile number what ever is provided. You will be able to download the account on your Xbox.
