I've just the following:

Newegg: $403 ( found cheaper ) and out of stock.
Amazon: Don't ship to Australia ( Tiger mail ) or something like that
EVGA: Out of Stock with the ACX 2.0

I'm looking for one that is already overclocked so I don't have to do it and has ACX 2.0 and ships to Australia and below $400 AU.

You're not getting a GTX 970 for less than $400AUD.
