go to ur network in dashlaunch and disable everything but pingpatch and nonetstore and you should be good

Try downloading the DLC packs on the dashboard.

download the dlc packs...disable xhttp in dashlaunch
and start the launcher,xex for the menu and it should work lemme know if it does
