If anybody could make me an end card & Logo i would be very grateful and plus rep for lyf

Only Real things i want for the end card & logo are

LOGO
Do what you want with my logo
current logo - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ( one i made im 0/10 on photoshop)

END CARD

1920x1080
Wosapnin ( in big letters above Video Box )
One video box
Colour to be blue
Have my twitter / twitch link on either side of the Video Box
