Tittle says it all. I lifted the pad. And I don't know where the other point is.

If you have a postfix adapter you can use that, Other wise you will need to scrape the trace on the top side of the motherboard under the heatsink.

best off using the post out adaptor this isnt a easy spot for someone who has never down this type of soldering before

I agree 100%, if you lifted the normal pad then don't even try scrapping and soldering to the alt point, spend the $4-5 on a postfix adapter.
