So this is starting to really p me off now. So I backup a game, play it for a day and then it will freeze and basically mes up my console for the next five hours so how can I stop this? I've deleted them and re-installed them to the hdd. For those asking why don't I play on the disc it's because my friend let me borrow them to back them up.
Any help appreciated

Go into recovery and first rebuild system data base.
Then into recovery again and restore file system.
If still happening then restore default settings.
Do RESTORE PS3 SYSTEM LAST as it will format and erase everything.
