keeping everything at a low price

You're installing a full water cooling loop on 10 year old, low end hardware.
There's really no point in it, stock fans would be plenty on a 360 with a decent motherboard.

Even if its an older motherboard, order some replacement fans if heat is a genuine concern of yours, a water cooling loop on a 360 is hilarious more than anything.

Hilarious perhaps, but I think this is pretty cool. He could probably re-use the water cooling parts for a pc build later on though.

Unless he finds a tiny case the chases of the tubing being the right size are slim.
He'll at least need tubing, chances are he won't maintain it either.

Personally. I wouldn't spend the money on a custom water block. I would just make my own out of the existing heat sinks.

Also, while you are modding it something cool to add would be a slimmer discdrive. This will help you maximize space so that you can internalize the whole thing.
There are many post around the web for doing this if you need some reference

You cannot get a Rev C unless you get it from another member who possibly has one or get one from another site which will 90% chance be a clone and number two if you get a legit Rev C your console will 99.9% not work with RGH2 considering it is a falcon and you are using a rev c also assuming as you stated you have never opened your console I am going to assume you have little to no experience soldering so possibly will mess up the Rev C so I would HIGHLY HIGHLY!!!!! recommend getting a CR4 don't be stupid they're only $10 more then a legit Rev C and they are so much better you can be a noob and use alterante points and shitty soldering skills and get a insta boot falcon with no work or tuning and it is only 5 wires.
