So on go a week ago or so i bought some keys and had to wait till like nov 9th to trade them(bought on like the 1st or something) and today i got a steam card so am i going to have to wait again if i buy keys?

I couldn't really understand you, but next time buy the keys off the steam community market next time(if they are cheaper), because you can trade with them straight away. Also do you mean steam guard?

I dont really know how to explain it...when i bought keys in game like everyone else does i had to wait until a certain date
