I know this works/worked for 360 but I have Xbox one now and really want advanced warfare sooo bad if it works still is it easily banable? And would any one let me download COD AW, you can have my destiny / watch dogs

Not a glitch, and not bannable. Yes you can do it on xbox one, many microsoft employees do this themselves, so no worries.
