Can you put PS 3 save files into PC? Can you use ps 3 save game with PC? For example if you have wwe 2k15 on ps 3 and you have save files and you also have wwe 2k15 on pc, can you use ps 3 save files from wwe 2k15 with wwe 2k15 pc?
If yes how to do that?

that does not work you can only mod the save file and then move it back to ps3

Believe it or not, yes, for some single player games it is possible to transfer saves. For example you can use a xbox 360 Skyrim save on PC and it works fine, not sure about other games, have you tried searching the web and youtube ?
