Basically they have either bribbed/blackmailed an employee and Gamestop or Asda or any gamestore by paying them extra for the game. Also, i heard on a YT video that some stores where giving it out today for an extra 15

People who work at places that sell the game, sell it early for extra cash.

They haven't bribed anyone someone has got hold of a copy and taken all the files and they have posted and then people have been downloading the game and they play on chipped xboxes.

Most people that have it have the leak. There is also legit versions currently out.
