Menus for the current title update will only work.

Example: A tu16 menu will not work on tu17.

Theres no menu, except for the cash dropper. There's a few tools on the web. Just gotta google em.

There may be a couple of Mod Menu's out, not including the Cash Dropper. Basically all them would be a private menu, unless they got released.
