All you need to do is look at the articles down the side to know most things on the site is nonsense. i mean really, more vitamins enlarge your penis supposedly.

Creatine is naturally found in your body. You can get more of it by eating red meats. Anyone "stating" it's bad for you is dense.

Whey and creatine ain't going to do anything, you have to have a diet plan, even at that if you did then you won't need whey or creatine, your just going to go through loads of money and its a waste, either get a good diet and training routine. Taking these supplements are for experienced people who are trying to get that extra protein for there diets, if you don't eat well then your just wasting money and going no where. Just try get your hand on some juice.

A diet plan and routine usually go without saying. If someone is wanting to improve their physique, that's often the first thing they try to change. Then come the pre-workout, protein and post-workout questions.

You get alot of people these days that dont think that way though, they think if they take these supplements they think its going to work a charm and whilst still eating crap and no serious diet plan.
