if i mix my whey and creatine in milk will it still be as effective as taking both separately?

Yes it is just as effective. You can put whey powder and creatine in your cereals if you really want.

Creatine is a 100% safe. Some people just get a bad stomach as a small side effect.

Diet is extremely important when it comes to working out.

Eat clean.

Get enough sleep.

Take a good multivitamin, amino acids, and a good protein.

You can take all the supplements in the world but if your diet is off you will not see any gains.

Don't do that, it's a waste of creatine. Creatine is best for pre-workout because it fills your muscle with water giving you the ability for a better pump and a few more reps. Protein isolate/hydrolysate is for after workouts helping your muscle get the nutrients for a quick repair.
