WARNING: This glitch bypass is HARD and won't work every time. But I have found a method with a decent success rate, and I believe that is worth sharing.
Before You Start
For this glitch to work, you must have no cash on hand, and less than $8000 in the bank. To do this simply deposit all your money to the bank, then go to your second character then withdraw it all to your hand. Then switch back to first character. Also your friend must host unless you are doing this from a friends only session.
THINGS YOU'LL NEED
A garage. ECLIPSE TOWERS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (only tested 3 garages, all 10 cars but as always eclipse is best)

How to Dupe
Have your friends car parked close to where you will spawn when coming back from the game store.
Drive your Rebel very far away (from eclipse - down the second hill across from the first in front of your garage)
Call Lester, Lamar, Brucie, or Merryweather and hover over an option you cannot afford.
Hardest part of the glitch! Drive as fast as you can towards the garage, try to make it where you use the hill in front of eclipse towers as a jump and you would land in the garage. You must press A/X on the option you cannot afford while you are in mid air, then just as you are about to pass the blue circle accept the game store message.
Back out of the game store. If done correctly you will not be able to sprint, then you should quickly get in your friends car and you will be teleported inside your garage with your friends car!**If you aren't getting teleported, try going into a solo/invite only lobby alone, start from step 4 and when you load the game store, accept an invite from your friend. You could also HOST a friend session, and when you go to the game store, join your friends session from the game store**
STEPS FOR OTHER GARAGES:
If you are using a garage other than eclipse... I feel bad for you. Because it works, but in a much different way that is a lot harder.
Park your car just a foot or 2 in front of your garage's blue circle.
Have a friend in a car some distance behind you.
Call a service that you cannot afford and press A/X on the option.
While on the black screen of the game store confirm message, tell your friend to drive into you. (also after they do, tell them to drive away so you spawn consistently)
