Hello, today my account was hacked. The hackers managed to access my account, add funds to my account, ect ect. I've informed steam, giving them the things they need to identify it's mine (PayPal step). I've also let paypal know these payments were fradulent. So how long would it take on average?

Often depends
When my original steam account was hacked it was sorted steam side within around 24 hours and any payments on my card within 48. This account had around 1000GBP worth of games on.
When my friends account got hacked it tooks just over 6working days to get resolved. It had like 250GBP worth of games on.
So not saying its 100% true but it may depend on the value of your account.
Also depends on a few other things(Probably)
Such as:
What day did happen?
How did it happen? - Was it keylogged, did you log in on a scam site and etc.
How busy is steam support right now?
How much information has been provided?
and so on.
But I hope you get your account back swiftly, I know first hand it really sucks when it happens as you worry about loosing your stuff.
