This post is going to be a little different to anything ive ever seen in this part of the forum and although it may be a little strange to see how personal it is to me, I wanted to share it incase any of you have been in a similar situation, or are and can relate.. thats what forums are supposed to be for right? people sharing common interest and helping eachother out?

About 3 years ago, I was living at home with mum. No job, no ambition.. just a BTEC Level 3 In ICT from college. I got into a bit of debt due to a gambling addiction, and I was bad with gambling. I would bet my dinner money thinking "hey maybe today Ill get the money for my deposit on a new house"..

I played Fifa in my passtimes, Ultimate team mainly.. and one of my friends one day told me he had a way for us to make some money. Of course, I was interested.

He came round and gave me what turned out to be my first autobuyer from his USB. I used it for a while and started making crazy coins, He then introduced me Via Email to a guy that brought coins. And weekly, I was making 30-40 Pounds selling the coins I made..

I went out, got a job, quit drinking and over the course of that game probably made close to 2,000. That I saved, Every penny.

I got into a close circle of people that glitched, and hacked and whatever else but I was just an autobuyer guy! and when FIFA 14 came out and I didnt have the AB anymore they helped me make coins with glitches. Selling the glitches and selling the coins helped more and I eventually had 7,000 saved up.. from fifa.

My job paid my days and nights of living life but FIFA was accumulating money for me to save, and I ONLY spent that money on FIFA. New consoles, Games whatever!

I now have moved into a new house with my girlfriend, I have 2,000 savings left over.. I still make coins but not as much as I havent sussed this one, but im okay now! I gamble lightly.. I understand I will never beat the bookies but my life is good. I am happy...

I am currently enjoying the new game and thinking back across all of the time ive spent on FIFA and everything else its amazing that this game has changed my life so much.

I was curious though, if you found a client through email to sell coins too I would guess he was an affiliate of a coin selling site that probably gave you cheap rates.

With Level 3 BTEC in IT, no doubt you could have created a website, coding a basic coin selling website wouldn't have been hard.

Ive spent hundreds and made no profit from fifa but then just looking at coin sellers they make thousands of a game.

I make about 100k everyday on fifa using an autobuyer currently I have about 1.6 million and still rising, last year I used to sell coins on ebay but it was never enough, im trying to get a few friends to use the auto buy so we can merge them together and make a website or sell them on ebay.

Also when i left school i did a level 3 btec in IT and now im doing a Degree in Computer/Network Security. I also like to gamble some money on william hill on the football, hardly ever win though :L

On a whole, Fifa just got terrible cause of autobuyers and selling coins cause prices are crazy now and it's impossible to trade like before.

I remember I could afford Ronaldo for 400k and Messi for 250k... what are they now, like 2.5 million for Ronaldo and 2 million for Messi? That's 8x as much for Messi...

I can understand the need to use autobuyers and sell coins for personal enjoyment but even though the enjoyment has improved for a select view, the game got a lot worse for most of it's players.

I mean I don't even play UT anymore cause I can't afford anyone remotely good and I'm not spending like 250GB just to play with Ronaldo...

Congratulations I guess... but don't boast about ruining the game for nearly every normal person.

I do agree with you in a way but you wouldn't complain making thousands a day just of buying a few players on a game would you?
